Local soil preparation for SEB production. Our material scientists analyze soil composition to determine optimal clay content (15-30%) and particle size distribution for maximum stabilization and strength.
High-quality finished Stabilised Earth Blocks ready for construction. These blocks demonstrate the perfect balance of compressive strength, thermal mass, and environmental sustainability achieved through our production process.
Exhibition of our highest quality concrete blocks showcasing dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity. These blocks meet international standards and exceed local building code requirements.
Our Quality Control (QC) team conducts daily tests. We randomly sample 5 blocks from every batch for compression testing using calibrated hydraulic jack machines. Blocks must withstand a minimum of 5MPa to pass our standards, exceeding the general market requirement of 3.5MPa.
Furthermore, we check for dimensional accuracy. Consistent block size reduces mortar consumption by up to 25% for masons, offering long-term cost savings to our clients.
