The Ndasi Story

Founded by the Owona family, Ndasi emerged from a critical observation: the construction market in Yaoundé was saturated with inconsistent materials that compromised structural integrity. Cracks, uneven dimensions, and low compressive strength were the norm.

We established our facility in Mvan/Entrée Complexe Beac with a clear mandate—to industrialize the quality of block making. By combining European hydraulic technology with locally sourced premium aggregates, we bridged the gap between affordability and high-grade engineering.

We believe that a building is only as strong as its foundation. This belief drives our rigorous quality control protocols. Every block that leaves our factory represents the Ndasi name, which is why we adhere to a zero-compromise policy on raw material quality and curing times.
